Itasha literally means pain car. How painful? Well, only cars know~ haha...
Itasha is a Japanese culture and usually anime fans. 

This is called itasha, you will already know what is that by just looking at this car.

Itasha is a car which decorated with anime characters or anime related stuffs by "printed" them on the car, a certain way. You can see the process here:

About this is a culture I mentioned at the beginning, how is this a culture?
In Japan, itasha is very famous especially among anime fans. There are itasha exhibitions among themselves in an open area where all cars are arranged by rows for showing. Pretty cool huh?
